I am both a Christian and a Catholic. That means I believe in One God and Three Distinct Persons. The Person of God the Father freely chooses to trump His Justice with His Infinite Love in the Person of the Holy Spirit and Expressed in His Abundant Mercy In the Person of Jesus Christ. The sun, which through a cross hair filter I arranged to be in a form of Jesus' cross, reminds me of the dazzling brilliance of Jesus, God Himself, becoming man, our brother, taking on all of our sins, and freely choosing to die for all of us regardless of our faith (or no faith), gender, politics, health, wealth (or lack of it), etc. God out did Himself, didn't He....there is no greater gift than His very self! You might say that He took the heat for us!!

THREE BIRDS

You have to look, but do you see the silhouette of three birds within this picture? I love ridding my bike or walking through the Cove Cay golf course in the early morning hours. I live very close to the spot I took this picture. This walk or ride is my special way to be in a spiritual communion with my Creator. I use my camera as a tool in capturing and expressing our mutual love.

FLAT BOAT FISHING

 We live in a beautiful place overlooking Tampa Bay. The water is very shallow but it does not stop those from fishing from a flat bottom boat. Many of Jesus' Apostles were fishermen. There is something about fishing. The avid fishermen tell me it allows them to connect to nature. Much, I guess, like photography does for me. Jesus told his followers they would be fishers of men; something these ordinary folks, given an extra ordinary mission, understood.

HIDDEN SUN RISE

I am blessed to see sunrises like this one every morning as I ride my bike through the Cove Cay golf trail. Do you see the morning sun peeking out between the tree trunks? We all love beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I believe they are God's special gifts to us to give us but a faint glimmer of seeing Him face to face in Heaven. What is Heaven? It is being one with God. God is Heaven.

I love the golden mornings with that gold captured in water and reflections within the water. Looks like these ducks are appreciating this particular morning. This beautiful morning gives us hope with the beginning of a new day. I am looking forward to that new day at the beginning of eternity. Get my drift!

PALM TREE'S REFLECTION
