RAINBOW IN STORM

As this storm was rolling in with it's great force, I saw this beautiful rainbow contained within it. To me the storm represents the power of God and the rainbow the strength of His promise. They go hand in hand.

CLEANSING WATER

 Look! This storm opened up and dumped her water in this one slected location. It is like Heaven opening up with the saving waters of Baptism which is a symbolism of God's saving grace cleaning our souls stained with our sins. God is a God of Mercy. If He is more powerful than the most powerful of storms then there is no sin greater than His abundant infinite mercy. All we have to do is to ask!

FUNNEL CLOUD

I took this picture from my living room window as my wife looked on. This is the second funnel cloud that we experienced heading right at us. These are the very focus of a storm's power with winds that have the potential of having the highest and most destructive of speeds. Only through the grace of God both funnel clouds broke up before they got to us. Lord I know you are saving us for your purpose and your purpose alone. We are here to give you glory!!
