It is both a pleasure and honor to introduce Dr. John Foulkes as our guest photographer and a dear personal friend. John is a truly remarkable individual with countless diverse talents. He is our century's Leonardo de Vince, being a first rate scientist, teacher, scholar, leader and as illustrated here, an accomplished artist. Most of his works here capture the natural beauty of our blessed country's capital.
