FIRE FIGHTER'S REFLECTION

This is one of my first photographs.  I took this Harford County Fire about 30 years ago.  I was impressed with the contrast of the situation.

The same fire as above.  These volunteer firefighters worked hard to save the burning structure, giving up a quite night at home and risking life and limb in making our county safer for all of us to live and work in.

This was my oldest son when he was just about two.  He is over 30 now.  I was just impressed how he put his whole self into eating and enjoying that cake.

I believe it was a nursing sorority that wanted me to capture the sacred mission of nursing in a photograph.  This is what we came up with.
